Location was superb, with easy access to all the town amenities. The staff went above and beyond by calling ahead to ensure our room was warm and even offered us a free upgrade. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The sky was also a nice added touch. a fantastic stay and we would definitely return. AAA+

The owner was accommodating with our early check-in and even offered to take us to the wedding bus. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Parking was ample, despite having to park away from our room one night. Great location close to town with beautiful gardens. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at this place. Located in a center of town with perfect facilities, I was able to easily explore the local restaurants and shops, all within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is close to the lake, although a bit far to walk to the center. The room itself was laid out in a very thoughtful manner, with a range of amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were spacious and had a good view of the town. The location was close to a mall and good restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The buffet breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety. During my stay over the Easter weekend, I felt that the decorations and festivities could have been much better.

This motel was a total game-changer! The eye-catching illuminated sign at the entrance instantly caught my attention, ensuring I easily found my way in. The room was flawless, and the staff were so warm and friendly. The parking, although limited, was adequate enough for my needs. Plus, the owner personally called me to ensure my room was perfect, even offering a free upgrade to a room with a separate bedroom. The location was fantastic, with the mall just a quick 5-minute drive away. And let's not forget the beautiful gardens, perfect for outdoor dining or picnics. This motel truly exceeded all my expectations!

Our executive spa studio unit was absolutely amazing! The vaulted ceilings and sunny north-facing balcony added a touch of luxury to our stay. And let's not forget about the super king-sized bed and corner spa bath, it was pure bliss! The beautifully appointed and compact upstairs studio units were perfect for us. The double glazing kept us cozy and the air-conditioning/heat pump ensured we stayed cool in any season. Plus, having a queen and single bed was great for our group. We loved that each unit had a fully equipped kitchenette. It made self-catering a breeze with the twin hot plate, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric frypan, and coffee plunger. The family 1 bedroom unit provided the extra space we needed for our entire group. It was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family or group of friends. The view from our units was fantastic! We had a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and mountains. It was such a peaceful and serene setting. The private bathroom in all units was clean and well-equipped with a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. It was great to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in our unit. We were able to relax and enjoy some entertainment during our stay. The beautifully appointed spacious ground floor studio units with mountain and garden views were a treat. The handy parking made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.

Personally, I found one feature less enjoyable. The compactness of the upstairs studio units felt a bit tight for my liking.

I recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, situated by the lakeside, and local restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. I also found it incredibly convenient to have a New World supermarket within walking distance. The facilities here are top-notch, with amenities like a soundproofed room and electric blankets for enhanced comfort. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating, providing valuable information about nearby attractions and even offering vouchers for a local restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting the area.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel was a perfect stay for us during our city break. the staff welcomed us warmly and even gave us complimentary drinks at check-in. the rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable furniture that helped us relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel offered a shuttle bus service that made getting around town much easier.

Some of the rules and regulations felt excessive and ended up making us feel uncomfortable. We were worried about breaking any of them and receiving consequences.

The motel is located in the heart of town, making it easy to access everything on foot. There is even a New World supermarket nearby that is within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches such as lollies, biscuits, and cordial sachets provided. the motel has a beautiful garden and BBQ area perfect for relaxing.

We did encounter a few issues with the management’s communication style, which made us feel uncomfortable about raising concerns.
